The following steps are required for admission to our hospital.
The booking for your hospital stay will be made directly from your referring hospital or through your Doctor’s rooms.
Booking for your day rehabilitation will be made through our day rehabilitation team, following a referral from your Doctor’s rooms, Specialist or directly from another hospital.
We are a Tier 1 provider for the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA).
