We offer both inpatient and day rehabilitation programs, tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient and delivered by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Back on Track™ Metabolic Health Program

An evidence-based multidisciplinary program for adults living with Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, obesity, and metabolic syndrome. The program focuses on improving metabolic health, achieving sustainable weight loss, enhancing functional capacity, and supporting long-term self-management.

Stay Strong, Stay Home™ Ageing & Frailty Program

Designed to help older adults maintain independence and reduce the risk of functional decline. The program combines strength and balance training, falls prevention strategies, nutritional support, and education to promote healthy ageing and safe living at home.

Dementia Prevention & Cognitive Wellness Program

An evidence-based program for individuals with mild cognitive impairment, memory concerns, or increased dementia risk. Through cognitive rehabilitation, physical activity, lifestyle modification, and carer support, the program aims to optimise brain health and preserve cognitive function.

Orthopaedic Rehabilitation

A personalised rehabilitation program for individuals recovering from joint replacement surgery, fractures, musculoskeletal injuries, or other orthopaedic conditions. The focus is on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

A structured program designed to support recovery following a cardiac event or cardiac intervention. Patients receive supervised exercise, education, risk factor management, and lifestyle support to improve cardiovascular health and reduce future risk.

Neurological Rehabilitation

Comprehensive rehabilitation for individuals living with neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, motor neurone disease, Guillain-Barré syndrome, peripheral neuropathies, and neurological tumours. Programs focus on maximising function, independence, and quality of life.

Falls Prevention & Reconditioning

A personalised program for individuals at risk of falls or experiencing functional decline following illness, injury, or hospitalisation. The program aims to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence.

Oncology Rehabilitation

Designed to support individuals before, during, or after cancer treatment. The program helps reduce treatment-related side effects, improve physical function, manage fatigue, and enhance overall quality of life.

Trauma Rehabilitation

A structured rehabilitation program supporting recovery following significant injury or trauma. The multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to restore function and facilitate a safe return to daily activities.

Maintenance Programs

Parkinson’s Wellness & Maintenance Program

A specialised program supporting individuals with Parkinson’s disease across all stages of the condition. Evidence-based interventions include LSVT BIG®, LSVT LOUD®, balance training, hydrotherapy, exercise therapy, and technology-assisted rehabilitation to maintain mobility, communication, confidence, and independence.

Cardiorespiratory Wellness Program

Designed for individuals recovering from COVID-19, respiratory disease, cardiac conditions, or deconditioning. The program incorporates supervised exercise, breathing retraining, fatigue management, education, and self-management strategies to improve functional capacity and cardiopulmonary health.

Neurological Maintenance Program

Provides ongoing rehabilitation and support for individuals living with progressive neurological conditions and chronic neurological disability. The program focuses on maintaining function, preventing complications, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life through tailored therapy and education.

Chronic Pain Program

A multidisciplinary, evidence-based program for individuals living with persistent pain. Combining pain neuroscience education, graded exercise therapy, psychological strategies, occupational therapy, and self-management support, the program aims to improve function, participation, and quality of life.
