Occupational Therapist – Senior (Level 3)

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist (Level 3) to lead and inspire within our multidisciplinary Allied Health team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to coordinate and deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and rehabilitation settings.

As a senior clinician, you’ll provide expert assessment and treatment, mentor junior staff, contribute to service development, and champion evidence-based practice. You’ll play a key role in clinical supervision, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital-wide projects—helping shape the future of care at Westmead.

If you’re a registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA, have over five years’ experience in rehabilitation, and are ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, we’d love to hear from you.

In addition, you will be required to undertake a credentialing process for each hospital in which you wish to practice.
