Dr Narayan is an Australian trained Geriatrician and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He has extensive postgraduate clinical experience across tertiary and regional hospitals, particularly in Western Sydney. His clinical expertise includes acute geriatric medicine, complex medical conditions in older adults, cognition assessment, dementia, delirium, frailty, falls, polypharmacy, and capacity assessment. He also provides perioperative assessments and co manages older adults undergoing surgery to optimise outcomes, along with orthogeriatric care, rehabilitation, and discharge planning.
