Westmead Private Rehabilitation Hospital provides tailored rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from serious injuries. Recently, Wong Tat Meng completed an inpatient rehabilitation program following a motorcycle accident that resulted in multiple fractures and spinal injuries.
Our multidisciplinary team—including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists—developed an evidence-based plan to support his recovery. The program focused on improving mobility, strength, and independence through physiotherapy and functional training.
Mr Tat Meng is now preparing for discharge and will continue with outpatient rehabilitation and follow-up care to support ongoing recovery. Every rehabilitation journey is unique, and outcomes depend on individual circumstances, including the nature of the injury and adherence to treatment plans.
